Cold Cut

3 types of Herring, filled eggs, cured salmon, warm-smoked and cold-smoked salmon. Reindeer sausage.

Sauces & Salads

Homemade mustard sauce, Swedish mustard, shrimp salad and beetroot salad.

Hot Dishes

Classic Swedish meatballs, small sausages (prinskorv), Jansson’s temptation (potato gratin with anchovy flavour), ribs and boiled potatoes.

Swedish Christmas Ham

Boiled and glazed ham served with Christmas bread, crispbread, cheese, and Christmas butter.

Dessert Table

Cheese and crackers, chocolate treats, and creamy rice pudding with raspberry sauce.
